- Easier to eat than thin Matza
- I find it difficult with regular seder (crispy) matza to eat the proper amount at the seder. With Soft Matza - it is much easier. It's like pita bread that hasn't risen. Keep it frozen - only defrost what you need - as soft matza tastes freshest when kept frozen until needed. Use any leftovers to make passover pizza or wrap a hot dog and some passover saurkraut for a nice treat!
